We’ve received multiple quality awards from our customers for both our mono-layer and multi-layer coextruded tubes. We offer a complete range of printing and decoration including: high resolution 8 color offset printing, 5 color silkscreen printing, metallic foil application, precision labeling, and any combination of these processes.
JSN is also acknowledged as a highly regarded injection molder. In addition to running our own flip-top closure tools, we also build, maintain and offer high volume full production on customer tools for the plastic packaging industry. These currently range from specialized closures for nail polish bottles – or to fit bottles of all kinds. All injection molding is done in-house with large tonnage presses with robot assist.
