JSN actually entered the packaging field 35 years ago with injection molded dispensing closures. Today we are much diversified, and produce custom caps for glass and plastic bottles as well as for tubes, featuring the same standards of precision and attention to details that has built our packaging reputation.
We are uniquely skilled and knowledgeable with respect to the criteria and requirements of plastic tooling development. In addition to running our own flip-top closure tools, we also build, maintain and offer high volume full production on customer tools for the plastic packaging industry. These currently range from specialized closures for nail polish bottles – or to fit bottles of all kinds. All injection molding is done in-house with large tonnage presses with robot assist.
